File links for community themes

For some reason the last 3 themes I have purchased from the community marketplace I have not received an auto email with the link to download. Each time I have had to send a request through the contact us form.I had today slated to work on a project but I couldn't because I don't have access to the files I purchased this morning. Just frustrated and wanted to report so you can see what may be happening with the auto system.
