Studiopress responsive and iPad Safari Scaling Bug

Hi
I love Studiopress but I'm very suprised that all the Responsive Theme have the same bug on the iPad. I made few screenshot (bellow) to explain and this article talk about this problem.

I recommand to one of my client a Studiopress theme but he takes the "Elegant theme" responsive one (Flexible) because for the responsive aspect, it works far better than the Studiopress one

Do you plane to update your theme about that?. Most of my new project are responsive and I can't use Studiopress for that right now :-(
