How does Scribe billing work?

I just signed up for a subscription to Scribe but it appears that I will only be able to use the subscription for the last two days of the month. Does anyone know if this it the case please?

I joined on the 30th day of a 31 day month and I think my card will be billed again in two days is this correct?
