Plugin to share info from website to my Wordpress page?

Hi, I am using the older version of Corporate Child Theme v1.1.1 (the updated version has a very different layout so I haven't been able to upgrade). My url is www.taspropertymanagers.com.au.

My client is a property management company and would like to be able to have a 'rental properties' page and a 'properties for sale' page which take their listings directly from www.realestate.com.au (an Australian site) We are able to share each of the individual listings on our Facebook page, and would like to be able to do exactly the same on our own website.

Currently we just have a link from the existing pages on the website to generalised listings on realestate.com.au but once there, viewers can get in and see all other properties listed by other agents, which is not ideal by any means

We would just like to be able to share the urls to OUR properties on our website like we do on Facebook (with info and pictures showing). I have found some solutions e.g. WP-Property plugin, but it means re-entering all the info again on the website. Also just adding a hyperlink to the realestate.com.au listings is not ideal as it doesnt show photos etc.

I would appreciate it if anyone could head me in the right direction please - hopefully there is an awesome Genesis plugin that will do this for me?
