O/T Feedburner

I've never used feedburner before. I see that the email subscription notifies with the whole post in the email. This isn't too bad when you only have one post, but sometimes I have more and the email will be too much.

Is there a way to set it so that the email contains just an extract - say limit it to 200 words?
