Allowing Users to upload and link to images when posting comments

So I've been

looking for a way to allow users to upload or link to images when posting comments and I have yet to find a good solution. I found some old outdated posts about it on the wordpress support forum, but I haven't found anything that has been helpful for wordpress 3.4.1, so I thought I would ping the StudioPress members to see if anyone has found a good solution for this. If so, would you please share?
