Best Theme for a Video Library?

I need to build a site that is a video library - with a featured video slider on the homepage, categories of videos below that and a search. Also, it would be great if videos could be searched based on most played and highest rated. Can you recommend a theme here and/or set of plugins that would accomplish this?

Videos would be hosted either on YouTube or Vimeo.
