W3C Validation errors

when I've clicked the validator it says there are 51 errors & 25 warnings. I've read through some and many are nothing that I've changed and either come as part of the theme or in the HTML for youtube video etc.

It doesn't seem to be a problem with firefox, but if using internet explorerit doesn't really look good to have done but with errors at the bottom of the screen.

Has anyone else found this and what is the best thing to do to get it cleaned up and corrected ?
