Facebook Image & Excerpt

I have been struggling mightily with Facebook pulling the thumbnail and excerpt from my site. I've been stuck on this for 2 weeks and nothing has worked. I have used these plugins so far:

WordPress SEO
Add Facebook Share Thumbnail + Meta
NextGEN Facebook
Open Graph Pro (per this site)

I'm using the Legacy Theme

Any help would be so greatly appreciated!
