Looking for a theme that will do...

I want to upgrade one of my Wordpress sites and I've been looking at all the themes available but what I'd particularly like is one that has images or a slider that goes along the top. This one is close http://demo.studiopress.com/crystal/ but the images are under the main image - I'd like to have something that could be set up along the top, in place of a banner. And a slider if possible.

Does anyone know if any of the themes can be adjusted to do what I'm looking for please?
