468x60 Homepage bug?

Hi,

I've attached a screen shot of what the Magazine theme homepage looks like for me in IE.

It appears that the 468x60 banner ad below the tabber isn't functioning quite right. I think it's supposed to be displaying the Google ads. Instead, the Google ads are overlapping second music section story. I've marked both in red.

I'm viewing it on a PC w/ Internet Explorer 7.0. It works perfectly in Firefox 3.0.
