Category CSS Issue

Hi there - I'm developing a theme based in the sample theme. It's coming along nicely but I've come across an issue. I have the secondary menu showing categories - if I load one of those pages the sidebar shifts to the bottom of the content section.

I know it's something simple, I'm just too deep to see it. Would someone be so kind as to point out my error?
