Can't Change Lifestyle Theme Options

I am running Lifestyle 4.0 (pre-Genesis) template

I am not able to get any of the fields in the "lifestyle theme options" to change. When I change them and "save" they just go back to what they previously were. I have not tried to change them in a while, so I cannot point to a particular plugin or change I recently made.

I installed WP-Debud and am getting the following messages:

It says I have the following 2 arguments

1. wp-admin/includes/plugin.php:1008 - Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead.
2. wp-admin/menu-header.php:112 - Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead.

I do not know what this means or how to fix it, but I am guessing this relates to my problem since it relates to wp-admin. Do you have any idea how to fix these arguments?
