Agent Theme vs. Community Agent Theme

Is there any difference other than the stylesheet of the real estate themes? I've gotten a little lost with the functionality between the 2 already within the standard themes but i do like the stylesheet of the community theme. i'd like to go ahead and purchase but would just like to know what the differences are first. i've doubled up on the home slide from the old and the new and figured whatever yadda dadda da so yeah.

long story short, is the community agent theme just a difference of stylesheets?
