Best approach for custom page layouts

Where can I find information on how to create a page template beyond the standard Genesis Layout Options? These new pages are unique to the pages that already exist on the site and contain two full-width divs at the top, following by a row with two columns, followed by a row with either a full-width div or three columns. Here's an image of how it's set up. Thanks for any guidance.
