How Can I make this menu?

Hi gang,
Does anyone know of a plugin that can make a menu like the one attached? Basically, I want non-linkable items as titles within the drop down. So, in the picture attached, "Magazine" is a non-linked title... and the items NOT in bold underneath it are links (Current Issue, Past Issue, and Subscribe).

These menu titles are repeated with "Resources", "Industry Blogs" and "More Topics" (all of those are not-linked.
