Coupon Management - One per Customer

Hello.

I have a Bricks & Mortar client that wants a landing page with a coupon offer. However, they want to restrict the coupon to one per customer.

Does anyone have a suggestion for how to manage this? The easiest way would be for the business to just record the name of the redeemer and restrict use that way. However, they'd prefer an online solution where the coupon can only be accessed once.

Any ideas?
