How do I access tutorial?

Am I missing something?

I read this on your website
"You’ll get a link to download a .zip file that contains the Genesis framework and your child theme, which can be easily uploaded to your hosted WordPress website. You’ll also get access to our support team and all of our tutorials."

So, I purchased a $79 Genesis and Crystal Theme
I have installed it and the slider plug-in that was recommended.
I have played with the theme options in the WP panel.

The theme does not look like the demo - where can I find the instructions for setting up this theme so it resembles the Demo?

I see that there is a Tutorial in the forum, but I don't seem to have access to that.
