need help adding rotating photos

Hello ...

Can anyone help me create code so that I can rotate photos on my site:

www.americanlegaljustice.com

I've placed unsuccessful current code inside a "text" widget in the
"Home Top Left" bar

I thought by now I'd have it nailed ... but don't
