Genesis Engine and jQuery preventing otyher plugin jQuerry loading

I use the Tribulant newsletter plugin (http://tribulant.com/plugins/view/1/...sletter-plugin) and the Genesis responsive slider would not display when the Newsletter plugin was activated. They fixed it on my siyte but sent the following message:

Our plugin uses a few scripts like: jQuery UI Tabs and jQuery UI Button, whenever these scripts are called (we call the scripts using the wp_enqueue_scripts: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_...enqueue_script) on your theme the jQuery UI Library and the jQuery UI Widgets should be automatically called as well. But apparently your theme or one of your plugins was preventing these 2 last files from being inserted to your website.

They said it was the Genesis theme not the child theme. Are you able to verify this? Many thanks.
