Permalinks: Removing Sub Directory from URL

Hello -
I installed WP in it's own directory for security purposes. Now all of my URLs contain the folder named "wordpress" where I did the install.

Can someone please help me remove this?

I want my URLS to look like:
http://jasonwagnerdesign.com/graphic-design/

NOT

http://jasonwagnerdesign.com/wordpress/graphic-design/
