Creating an "In Memorium" site

Creating an "In Memorium" site

Have a request to help a friend create a simple site "In Memorium" to an associate who passed away recently. Trying to put up something quickly to honor the person and allow friends and family to post memories or contribute photos to the site.

Not sure best way to setup for people to post and input photos and if anyone has any input I would appreciate it. Recommended theme or plugins? Thanks.
