Problem with comments after changing to Genesis

Unhappy Problem with comments after changing to Genesis
I switched my theme to Genesis last weekend and noticed on Sunday that I was no longer getting comments. On Tuesday, I opened four different giveaways and STILL was not receiving comments even though Rafflecopter was showing over 600 entries. I asked my Facebook community if anyone had been leaving comments and several say that they have. They are not showing up on the post or in the dashboard. I have double checked to make sure they were not being held for moderation. Everything looks correct.

The really strange thing is I am getting trackbacks... just none of the comments.

What happened?
