Default Need some basic SQL Help

Hello. This question is not specifically theme related. I am transferring a Wordpress site from a test server to a production server. My only issue is the Links to the pictures are set to the test environment. Is there an easy way within SQL to write a quick "Find and Replace" Statement replacing the old URL with the New. It would save me a lot of time rather than having to go into WordPress itself and manually update every link. To give you some background I used Cart66 to create a E commerce site. I have 50 items in the cart. If forced to make the changes manually it would take me several hours. Just trying to save some time.
