Photo Contest

I am looking at setting up a photo contest using the Crystal Theme. I was wondering if anyone had thoughts or suggestions on the best way to implement this. These would be the requirements:

Entrant would not necessarily need to be logged in.
They will upload photo and enter a description, taken by, location and their contact details
Visitors be able to vote and comment on photos

I have looked at Imsanity to control uploaded images and several voting plugins.

I also have a developers license for Gravity Forms which has the facility to create blog posts. I haven't used this before though so don't know if it would be suitable.
