Internet Explorer View

Hi,

I'm having a bit of a problem with the way that my website is viewed in Internet Explorer. It works perfectly in Firefox but in IE the menu is not being dispayed correctly as it is disappearing behind a slider. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?
