Property Photos

I tried using the link above where an image is hosted on Bluehost in the Property Photos area .
2 questions?
First I dont see it coming up after pasting it in to the Image URL spot
Second, Do I need to resize a thumbnail image and host it, then place it in the thumbnail URL spot or will it do it automatically?
