I need help choosing a new theme

My current blog theme, which is Mocha, does not do what I need it to do anymore. I need a new theme, but I need some help choosing. Where would I go for this help? I tried the theme creator in the showcase, but that did not give me what I needed.

I need a theme I can use for memberships. I also need a theme where I can create a landing page. I also need to be able to store pdfs securely. My membership page is currently being stored on the page on my blog called Dream-Speak.

And it is outdated. I need to be able to customize it easily on my own. Where would I go for help choosing a new theme that will work with what I need?
