Installation of Genesis & Theme

Apologies.

I am a complete novice, but I am struggling to see the appropriate TAB to install Genesis and my theme in Wordpress.

I am having a complete nightmare.

if someone could help that would be great, as the'Install Themes' button appears to be AWOL.
