Default No Follow Blog

Is there a code that I can use, or maybe a plugin (I would rather use a code, though.) To make my whole blog a Nofollow blog? I thought Genesis was supposed to be completely nofollow but have found through a Chrome plugin that my blog was all dofollow. I've been adding plugins to try to fix it, but they only do certain things, not all links, like the widgets or on every page and such. I want to just make it ALL nofollow, and then maybe selectively make a few links dofollow.

Any suggestions?

My blog is http://ssimplyme.com

Also kinda new at the nofollow stuff. Could someone explain it? Should my blog all be nofollow? Is there a system to this?
