FTP Help!

I received this error message below, and I know now how I got it, but now I can't get back into my dashboard...

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ',', expecting ')' in /home/jennifer/public_html/wp-content/themes/decor/functions.php on line 65"

I've read thru the forum and found something that says I need to access my site via FTP. I have logged into my control panel and downloaded FileZilla, but when I click on "FTP Configuration File" I get this error message below. Can anyone help?

"The XML page cannot be displayed
