How to Secure Wordpress login URL?

Hi Friend,

I want to secure the wordpress login url (http://www.domain.com/wp-login.php). Is it possible to customize the wordpress login url path. So that the hacker won't play with the login interface. Is it possible to customize wordpress URL. So that i only know the wordpress login url of my site.
