Simple share buttons

Hello I have been having trouble getting the share buttons to display on my home page post, I'm using the following. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...share-buttons/

There is an option to allow the buttons to display on the home page but still they will not show, it was working with my other themes but the one I am using now they won't work. Thanks so much
