Help converting Blogger XML file to WXR file

I'm migrating someone from Blogger to WP and her Blogger XML file is 47.9MB. Normally, I use the Google app conversion tool, then break that file into smaller bits for import. However, I keep getting the error that the file is too large for the conversion tool.

I can't find anything about how to do this manually and I already know I'll have issues with the WP import plugin.

Anyone know the answer to this question?
