Default Moving to Genesis

Is Genesis flexible enough that I could move my web site from a non studiopress theme and duplicate it using Genesis?

Site is: www.abseconpoolservice.com

I like the way it looks but I ran a site analyzation program and it said the css has alot of errors and it was not SEO friendly with my slider images and alot of scripts were embedded in the page.

I think paying for a template that runs clean is the way to go vs. using a free theme that the designer has no vested interest in who uses it. The was a theme my designer used.
