Genesis Featured Post Widget Problem

I recently built a website that uses the Genesis Featured Post widget in the Footer Widget #2 area.

For some reason now (but didn't before) the titles are being strung together on the same line.

I have checked the css and it shows display: block so I don't know what it could be.

Any one have an idea
