Top Navigator Bar Page Tab - Redirect

I have the older Streamline 3.0 theme for http://stringtunespro.com I am trying to get setup. My issue is how to redirect a tab, in my case "Store" in the top navigator bar, to an external site where the shopping cart is - http://store.stringtunespro.com. Can anyone help me as to how to make this change? (WP version 3.4.1)
