Did not receive my download link.

I purchased the Genesis framework yesterday and have not received the download email.

- I have checked my spam folder and it is not there.
- I also sent a request into http://www.studiopress.com/contact/ yesterday, but did not get a confirmation email or anything else.
- I checked my paypal account, and the sale went through.

It has been more than 24 hours. Would appreciate some help. Thanks.
