Default Custom Menu Doesnt work on Post pages - missing widget area div

Hello,

i have problem and would be glad for solution.

i use copyblogger theme where i dont like original navigations. So i turned them off and have made custom menu which i moved to header right widget area.

problem is that genesis post pages doesnt have widget area div in header so custom menu doesnt work.

is there a way how to change it without changing genesis (i dont want to do that because of updates). If not can you help me with name of file where i could add the widget area div?

Thanks

Tomas
