Genesis and Online Store

Does anyone have an opinion about using a seperate shopping cart or using a store plugin like WooCommerce?

I currently use Wordpress for my web site but use Zencart for my store but wondered if there would be any performance or other benefits by changing my store over to WooCommerce?
