Wordpress 3.4.2

I upgraded some sites to WP 3.4.2 today and those sites will no longer allow you to add a new custom field, when you try it just hangs. My WP 3.4.1 sites are working fine.

Anyone else seeing this? If this is a bug, where do we report it?
