Comment subscribtion options

Hello I have a question about the comment section on my blog http://www.creativebloggers.net - let's say someones drops a comment on my blog, how would they keep updated for any new comments posted on that same topic? I see some blogs gives you that option but I don't have it. Any suggestions thanks. I also see people using - Commentluv - but when I try installing it I get a error message.
