posting video on server vs youtube

Hello;

Is there any benefit to uploading a video to my server and then framing it in the site from there versus framing it in from youtube? I will keep it on youtube for its own ranking but I am curious if it looks more professional to have it hosted on my server, and also maybe it keeps visitors from leaving?
