Messed with CSS & now locked out

I am a complete dummy. I thought I knew what I was doing in my CSS Editor and obviously didn't. Now, I am getting this message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in /home/pennyphi/mommytimeparty.com/wp-content/themes/justify/functions.php on line 13

And cannot even access my wordpress dashboard. What do I do now? Break it to me slowly because obviously I am not as smart as I think I am.
