Changing the title of the blog in search engines

hi there!

if you search for authoritypreneur in google,
https://www.google.com.sg/search?q=a...ient=firefox-a

you will notice that i cannot change the title of the blog in the search engine without affecting the header option in the blog design (i mean the orange coloured option) when i add more it gets affected. accordingly the tagline of the blog does not show in the search engine.

can anyone help?
