Theme crashed my Wordpress...accorind to my hosting company

Hey everyone, here is the deal:

1. uploaded theme
2. got syntax error in header.php line 78.
3. I deleted the <? php if (is_home()) {?> line
4. theme worked for 5 minutes
5. now i cannot log into wp-admin and the screen is just white when i try to go to my domain

Please help! I need this theme to be up by tomorrow. Not sure what is going on, I used 6 other themes from the studio press pro plus package and no problems at all.

And this is my most important website, I don't know what to do at this point. I was on the phone with host company for over an hour seeing what is wrong but the basic themes work fine before this crash.
