Sleek Theme Menu Error

Hi all,

I recently purchased the Sleek theme and the dual menu doesnt show up.
I've looked it up on the net and nobody else has the same error as me.

I can only have one menu and not the submenu...

does anyone have a clue where I could find my problem ?
