Kind Soul Needed: why am I getting a "Hello World"?

This is a favor, not an official request!

Would some kind soul (who knows more than me) take a look at my site in progress: http://dannooo.com

Right when I installed Genesis and Streamline theme, I started seeing an occasional white box with "Hello World."

I've installed some plugins, too, which seem a more likely culprit. The problem is, the box only shows up SOMETIMES.

If anyone has any suggestions, it would be HUGE favor--thanks!
