Didn't Receive Download Email

I ordered the agency theme this morning from studiopress.com and I still haven't received the download email. I CHECKED MY SPAM BOX, nothing.

I sent a help request from their contact page, but I still haven't heard back. I really wanted to work on my website this week, but I guess that's not going to happen.

Any suggestions?
