Help with Wordpress theme

I want to develop a website that is similar in functionality and appearance to this website: www.greenhornconnect.com
I know most wordpress themes have this same layout, so what is the most important for me is that the website have the following functions:

Similar page layout
-Two columns 1) Blog Posts 2) List of Calendar Events
-Side column for additional advertisements

Viewable Calendar
-Additional page for a calendar where I can continously populate with events

Very important, Forum Integration
-I am not sure if wordpress is able to integrate a forum with the user database that I want to create.
-So I want to be able to save user content and posts

I am new to this, so I would appreciate if someone who is experienced with themes could send me similar themes that I can use to customize. Thanks again everyone.
